About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take full ownership of quality assurance efforts across both manual and automated testing workflows, ensuring our platform’s reliability, scalability, and performance. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks that support our platform’s growth and stability.
Collaborating closely with platform, product, and data engineering teams, you will define comprehensive QA strategies for services, APIs, data pipelines, and user interfaces. Your expertise will be vital in conducting performance testing—including stress, load, and integration tests—to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. You will also investigate production issues, triage bugs, and enhance overall test reliability through proactive collaboration and rigorous testing practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly evolving industry, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable AI-driven dental solutions that impact patient care worldwide.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong blend of manual and automation testing
- Proficiency in writing automated tests using modern frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, etc.
- Experience testing backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, SQS)
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with database validation and ORMs
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, Locust, or k6
- Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex systems and data flows
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and implementing quality gates within build pipelines
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle within Agile environments
- Excellent communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Humble, curious, and collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Own and execute quality assurance efforts across manual and automated testing workflows

- Define and implement QA strategies for platform services, APIs, data pipelines, and UI workflows
- Collaborate closely with platform, product, and data engineering teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and reproducibility
- Conduct performance testing, including stress, load, and integration test,s to identify system bottlenecks
- Ensure high test coverage and prevent defects through clear requirements analysis and proactive collaboration
- Investigate production issues, triage bugs, and implement improvements to test reliability
- Create and maintain clear, maintainable test cases that evolve with our services and infrastructure
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and scalable quality practices across the team
