IT Lifecycle Management (LCM) Analyst 100% Remote

Role : IT Lifecycle Management (LCM) Analyst

Location: Remote

Contract: 6 month contract to hire

We are seeking an LCM Analyst with strong experience in IT Asset Lifecycle Management , infrastructure asset tracking , and EOL( end-of-life) /EOS forecasting for a large enterprise environment.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years as an LCM Analyst / Asset Lifecycle Analyst in enterprise infrastructure.
• Expertise in hardware/software lifecycle, forecasting, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Strong Excel (data analysis, pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and ability to lead meetings.
• Experience analyzing large data sets for asset planning and infrastructure lifecycle.

Nice-to-Have

• Power BI, Agile, exposure to ServiceNow, BigFix.
• Knowledge of data center, end-user devices, networking, firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze hardware/software lifecycle to identify end-of-life (EOL) assets.
• Gather and update asset data (model numbers, vendor info, contract dates).
• Build lifecycle forecasts and technical roadmaps.
• Work with stakeholders across infrastructure teams.
• Maintain lifecycle data using ServiceNow / BigFix (preferred).
