About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused HR Support Associate to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As the first point of contact for associates across various locations—including the Home Office, Distribution Centers, and Field teams—you will leverage your strong communication and customer service skills to resolve inquiries related to our HR systems. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting associates via email or phone with routine HR questions, providing basic training on HR transactions, and performing password resets across multiple applications. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to escalate complex cases and ensure compliance with state and federal laws through administrative tasks and data entry. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improving HR systems and tools to enhance the user experience, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment, such as a call center or retail store
  • Familiarity with HR systems and concepts, including system access and basic HR transactions or processes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support non-technical users
  • Ability to assess issues accurately and determine appropriate escalation protocols
  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Knowledge of retail environment operations is preferred
  • Proficiency in using various HR tools and applications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for associates seeking assistance with HR systems via email or phone
  • Resolve or escalate HR system-related inquiries, including providing basic training on HR transactions and resetting passwords
  • Partner with the HR team to handle associate relations cases and other issues requiring escalation
  • Complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance with federal and state laws
  • Assist with routine audits and data entry in HR systems to maintain data accuracy and integrity
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to HR systems and tools to improve user experience
  • Support ongoing process improvements and system updates as needed
