Attorney – Association Litigation

An Association Law Firm is currently hiring a Litigation Attorney. The position is a Direct Hire placement and is offering full time hours along with a generous benefits plan.Responsibilities will include representing Condo and HOA associations in the debt collection, notifications of non-compliance, liens and possibly foreclosure action delinquent homeowners. Attorneys should have 3-4 years of litigation experience in one of the following areas; foreclosure, real estate, association law, debt collection, or general civil litigation.Salary is commensurate with litigation experience.Minimum Requirements:
