Environmental Internship (Level 2)

What You’ll Do:

• Assisting with Phase I ESA studies and other projects

Determining and/or performing appropriate laboratory testsAttending project meetings and assisting in project resolutionsPerforming groundwater and soil investigations and media samplingPerforming hydrogeologic studiesAssisting with remediation system design, installation, operation and maintenancePerforming asbestos, lead-based paint and indoor air quality assessmentsPerforming underground storage tank assessmentsAssisting with preparation of reports and proposalsWant to experience what this job entails? Click below:What We’re Looking For: Actively pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering with an environmental focus, Geology, Environmental Science or related degreeInterest in environmental regulations and how environmental issues are related to the construction processPrevious internship experience required * Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites — Mileage will be reimbursed

• Position requires carrying 40 — 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height

The expected pay range for this role and location is $18-$22/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
