Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a position in Monongahela, PAJob Duties: – Comfortable with incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting the outside sales team

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
• Act as a liaison with shipping department and back order management
• Confirms processing costs and orders; and tracks and expedites sales as required
• Dispatches customer orders when ready; locates trucks, ships and tracks customer orders
• Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM, in-office positionJob Requirements Job Requirements: – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years related inside sales experience
• ERP / CRM software experience
• Industrial, manufacturing, or construction background preferred
• Purchasing, order entry, and expediting
• Comfortable making cold calls, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and strong attention to detail#ZRPB
