How You’ll Contribute An Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) who excels in this role:

  • Provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership
  • Manages complex calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates logistics for internal and external events
  • Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, and maintains databases and records
  • Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Manages travel arrangements and prepares itineraries and related documentation
  • Screens calls, greets visitors, and serves as a professional point of contact between executives and stakeholders
  • Assists with project coordination, document preparation, and meeting follow-up
  • Supports cross-team initiatives by organizing meetings, events, and communication
  • Prioritizes tasks and manages multiple competing deadlines effectively

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience supporting senior-level leadership and the ability to manage complex tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Additional requirements include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of administrative experience (executive-level support preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters discreetly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
