Our client, who is a leader in the field on communications and media is looking for an experienced Enterprise Applications Engineer with a background of excelling in dynamic and fast-paced corporate enterprise environments.

Enterprise Applications Engineer Role and Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor applications and advise on solutions that prevent or minimize impacts to a production environment
• Analyze and resolve problems according to shifting priorities, time frames, resources, and document resolutions
• Complete work in a timely and precise manner while providing exceptional customer service to maintain, and improve applications
• Environment Management – application environment maintenance such as patching, upgrades, and monitoring

Enterprise Applications Engineer Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of Enterprise Applications Engineer experience in dynamic corporate environments with strong troubleshooting and support skills across multiple platforms
• Proficiency with Power Platform and Power Apps including PowerShell scripts
• Familiar with Azure fundamentals including Azure Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Capable of creating and updating sites and resolving user access/permission issues using SharePoint
• ServiceNow and/or New Relic experience

Enterprise Applications Engineer Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Word Press experience is a plus

Enterprise Applications Engineer Required Education

• Bachelors Degree
