Must have:

### – I am seeking individuals with significant experience in Pega Workforce Intelligence (WFI). – Candidates should have experience in supporting an enterprise-level environment. – A solid understanding of the architectural needs of Pega systems-based applications is essential. – I value collaboration, particularly with Pega developers and business partners regarding support and best practices. – Leadership skills in guiding collaborative work teams are highly desired. – Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities are important. – Candidates must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. – Proficiency in analytical skills, particularly supporting Pega process/task mining with Pega WFI, is required. – Familiarity with Agile methodologies, as well as production support in critical environments, is necessary. – Knowledge of Azure technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities:


  • I will rely on you to conduct regular analyses of business challenges, evaluate, develop, and recommend specific technological products and platforms that provide cost-effective solutions. – You will assist in root cause analyses and offer actionable recommendations. – Your role will involve developing and implementing applicable quality and compliance standards, protocols, and/or regulations. – You will troubleshoot and debug errors, ensuring system performance and availability goals are consistently met. – Building strong working relationships with internal team members, subject matter experts, and end users in business teams is critical. – You will oversee system reliability, availability, and performance while managing and prioritizing ticket queues. – On-call production support services will be required occasionally. – You will engage in advanced troubleshooting of live production issues and implement both short-term fixes and long-term solutions. – Your role includes driving end-to-end observability of applications and leading initiatives to identify and mitigate any existing gaps in new or existing systems. – I expect you to develop, update, and maintain essential support documentation, such as application Wikis and runbooks. – Monitoring the performance of Pega applications, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance performance and stability will also be part of your duties. – Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be a key part of your role to ensure that requirements are understood and expectations managed. ###
