Must have:
We seek candidates with 15 years of experience in IT and architecture, including hands-on engineering expertise. You should possess a minimum of 5 years in AI/ML, with at least 1 year focusing on Generative and Agentic AI. You will need significant knowledge in model training (including SFT, RLHF, LoRA), RAG, and evaluation. Certifications in at least two cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are essential, along with a strong foundation in MLOps/LLMOps and AI governance. Experience in advising C-level executives and leading strategic AI initiatives is vital. Proven leadership experience in building cross-functional AI teams will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
As a Principal Architect specializing in Gen AI and Agentic Systems, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing scalable AI ecosystems for our strategic clients. Your key responsibilities will include architecting cloud-native AI platforms, providing clients with AI strategic guidance, and delivering targeted AI use cases across different sectors. You will also lead model development, focus on fine-tuning, and implement optimization strategies. Establishing MLOps/LLMOps pipelines and governance frameworks will also be part of your duties. You will have the opportunity to build and mentor AI teams, co-innovate with hyperscalers, startups, and ISVs, and contribute to thought leadership through publications and participation in forums.

This position operates in a hybrid work model, requiring 2 to 3 days in an office setting located in either Phoenix, AZ, or Minneapolis, MN. Compensation for this role ranges from $120K to $165K annually, depending on experience and qualifications, along with potential participation in our discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
