Responsibilities:


  • I guide teams in the application of UX principles throughout the product lifecycle, promoting collaboration and fostering a culture of continuous learning. – I lead engaging training programs and UX workshops to enhance team skills. – I utilize design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to clearly convey design ideas and strategies while identifying areas for improvement. – I conduct user research and analyze preferences through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights, understand user perspectives, and inform design decisions. – I incorporate feedback from users and partners to refine designs, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, while leading design iterations to enhance user experiences. – I collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to comprehend user needs and business objectives, designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand standards and uplift overall user experience across various devices and platforms. – I prepare and review user personas, journey maps, and other user experience documentation to support the design processes. – I ensure brand consistency by overseeing that designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. – I stay updated on industry trends in user experience design, coaching team members to continuously enhance design practices. – I teach usability testing methodologies to assess the effectiveness of design solutions, analyze testing outcomes, and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction. – I apply my proficiency in product design and prototyping tools and possess in-depth knowledge of user testing software.

Company:


  • I provide Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise mandated by law. – The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 – $155,000, with compensation varying based on several factors, including location, certifications, education, and experience. – Note that the disclosed salary range may be adjusted according to any applicable geographic differential associated with the job location. – This role is eligible for a discretionary incentive award, which depends on the performance of both the company and the individual. – At Cargill, I prioritize people and offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical and other benefits, depending on the role and hours worked.
