Coastal Carolina University is accepting applications for an Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support and office management for the Enrollment Management division. This role supports the Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and senior-level directors, ensuring efficient operations across the division.

Required Qualifications : A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications : Prior experience in administrative support services and prior office management experience preferred. Experience working with confidential information preferred.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Executive Support: Provide daily administrative support to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and the Assistant Vice President for Financial Aid and Scholarships. Review and screen correspondence, maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate special projects and programs. Manages the travel calendar for the Vice President. Process confidential materials and maintain a high-level of discretion.
- Procurement Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with Financial Services and Procurement for division contracts and purchases. Complete all e-Pro transactions and ensure timely submission and processing of the annual contract renewal process for Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) and Purchase Orders (POs). Oversee procurement for departmental purchases and vendor contracts. Act as P-card liaison and review/approve corporate travel card expenditures for recruitment staff.
- Personnel Management: Maintain personnel files for current and former employees within the division. Assist the VP in completion of annual performance evaluation process and provide support for senior-level staff. Serve as the point of contact for senior-level searches. Update and maintain the organization chart.
- Inventory and Policy Oversight: Oversee office supply and technology inventory. Coordinate supply orders and ensure timely fulfillment. Serve as subject matter expert on university policy and procedures. Attend training sessions and update staff on policy changes.
- Develop the policies and procedures manual for the division. Coordinate annually with senior- and mid-level staff on updates.
Administrative Coordinator I (AH10/61121923/FTE-S01095P), Full-time with benefits. SC State pay band 05 . Salary range: $39,764.00 (minimum) to $56,670.00 (midpoint) Primary work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, this position will require varying work hours and weekend work.
Must be flexible to meet special scheduling needs of the University. Some travel may be required.
