Assistant Baker – LOCATED IN STONE OAK

The Assistant Baker will be responsible for:

• Assisting in baking cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following recipes
• Remove cakes from pans and package properly
• Put baked cakes away and rotate cakes in cooler according to NBC standards
• Track inventory of baked goods
• Maintain refrigeration logs
• Provide management with a daily production sheet
• Keep baking area clean and sanitized including tables, equipment and tools
• Bring in orders of groceries and out them away

The Assistant Baking position hours are Monday – Friday 07:00am-3:0pm or 8am to 1pm, The starting pay is $12.00 per hour. For outstanding work ethic a quarterly raise will be given. We’ll not tolerate bad behavior/language, tardiness or missed days without a Doctors note.
