About The Role We are seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join ORIONYX ENGINEERING LTD. This is a remote position available exclusively for candidates residing within the United States. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting HR data to support strategic decision-making processes. Your insights will be instrumental in improving HR operations, optimizing workforce planning, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals and management teams to develop data-driven strategies that foster organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, proficiency with data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role within an HR department, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to create engaging dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, and performance management tools, ensuring data integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, employee performance, and engagement levels to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to HR leadership and management, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Conduct workforce planning analyses to support staffing strategies and organizational development initiatives.
  • Analyze turnover rates, employee demographics, and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to support initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and training programs.
  • Provide analytical support for compensation and benefits analysis to ensure offerings remain competitive.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to create intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate HR data insights.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports related to labor laws, EEO regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Stay informed about HR data management best practices and regulatory changes, recommending process enhancements as needed.
  • Train and support HR staff on data analysis tools and methodologies, acting as a resource for leveraging data effectively within HR functions.
