About The Role Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first as an Associate, Data Analyst, Marketing Audience. In this role, you will support the development and execution of audience segmentation and targeting strategies for Humana’s marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data, build actionable insights, and ensure that marketing messages reach the right members at the right time. You will work closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer engagement through data-driven decision-making. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals passionate about leveraging data to create personalized marketing experiences that make a meaningful impact. You will have the opportunity to work with advanced marketing tools such as Adobe Experience Platform and Campaign, contributing to innovative healthcare marketing initiatives that improve consumer experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related quantitative field, with a minimum of 2 years of campaign development experience OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar marketing automation platforms.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign operations, or audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for enhancing consumer experiences and working collaboratively within teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in audience segmentation for marketing initiatives, ensuring targeted messaging aligns with campaign objectives.
- Support the creation and management of audience segments using tools such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Develop and maintain documentation for audience creation processes and marketing automation workflows.
- Monitor audience performance metrics and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts based on campaign data and insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to ensure audience strategies support overall campaign goals.
- Participate in campaign setup, testing, data validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain existing campaigns by making adjustments and updates using tools like Adobe Campaign or Unica.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards and regulations.
