IT Support Engineer Torrance Location

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on IT support for all departments onsite at the Torrance facility.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal users and stakeholders.

  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.

  • Support and maintain networking equipment, endpoints, and collaboration tools.

  • Assist with adoption and support of AI-related tools and technologies.

  • Document resolutions, procedures, and system updates in knowledge base systems.

  • Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and end-to-end asset lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT support, IT engineering, or related technical support roles.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking environments.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other incident management platforms.

  • Basic understanding of AI tools and their application within IT ecosystems.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate across teams.
