IT Support Engineer Torrance Location
Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on IT support for all departments onsite at the Torrance facility.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Deliver high-quality customer service to internal users and stakeholders.

Manage and resolve IT support tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.

Support and maintain networking equipment, endpoints, and collaboration tools.

Assist with adoption and support of AI-related tools and technologies.

Document resolutions, procedures, and system updates in knowledge base systems.

Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and end-to-end asset lifecycle management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in IT support, IT engineering, or related technical support roles.

Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking environments.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other incident management platforms.

Basic understanding of AI tools and their application within IT ecosystems.

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate across teams.
