RN Manager (Labor & Delivery, WIS)

Responsibilities:

• Masterfully orchestrate daily procedures, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Cultivate a well-staffed, engaged team across all departments under your purview.
• Champion productivity, while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Address concerns proactively and comprehensively, from QA to patient feedback.
• Play a key role in the selection, development, and support of our talented staff.
• Uphold hospital policies while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptation.
• Spearhead cost-effective practices without compromising patient care.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, from Title 22 to Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications: *** Possess a current and valid Arizona RN licensure.

Experience:

• 3 years of demonstrated experience in Labor and Delivery
• 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing, healthcare, business, public administration field.
