Senior System Support Admin (Remote)
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Senior System Support Administrator to support a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This role is remote, based in SC.
What you ll do:
***** Provide system and production support for enterprise applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting, installations, configurations, and release activities.
- You ll support batch cycles, resolve system issues, evaluate performance, maintain documentation, and ensure Production and Test environments remain stable.
- This role involves participating in implementation sessions, DR exercises, sprint activities, and problem-resolution work sessions while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- You will collaborate closely with developers, analysts, industry partners, and other systems teams to support FHIR interoperability initiatives and enterprise application operations.****
**What you need:**
*** Experience with Linux-based systems for installing and configuring enterprise software
- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, integrations, and infrastructure
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios) and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Knowledge of enterprise security practices (SIEM, IAM, certificate management, vulnerability scanning)
- Understanding of HIPAA, NIST, and compliance-focused environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage incident/production support**
