About The Role We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our organization’s financial health by providing comprehensive analysis, insightful reporting, and strategic recommendations. You will collaborate closely with finance and operational leaders to enhance decision-making processes, optimize financial performance, and ensure data accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly, and a proactive approach to managing projects with minimal supervision. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Experience with Oracle, ISERVE, and/or Avatar is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple projects
- Collaborative team player with adaptability to diverse personalities and working styles
- Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and analytical mindset
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management reports with insightful commentary and actionable analysis
- Conduct detailed analysis of income statements, expense trends, and key business metrics
- Collect, analyze, and present financial data to support operational performance understanding
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial results effectively
- Drive standardization and consistency across all reporting and metrics
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal finance and business partners
- Collaborate with field and corporate leaders to develop meaningful reports for decision-making
- Support quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
- Prepare materials for leadership meetings, including executive and board-level presentations
- Assist with tracking investments and projects across various departments
- Ensure accuracy of all financial reporting and maintain data integrity
