Behavior Technician (Part-time Hourly)

Kona Medical Consulting is currently looking for Part-time Behavior Technicians under Sidekicksupport Support Services in Mercer County and Burlington County.

Job Description Are you passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities? Do you want a flexible and fulfilling job that allows you to make a meaningful impact? Sidekicks Support Services is looking for energetic and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide in-home Individual Support Services (ISS).

Your Role as a Behavior Technician

Provide in-home individual support for children and young adults (ages 3–21).
Implement personalized support plans to enhance independence in daily life.
Assist families in fostering their child’s growth, learning, and development.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Schedule & Availability

Flexible, part-time shifts available.
Primarily Monday — Friday, after school hours (2–4-hour shifts).
Some weekends, if requested (2-4 hour shifts).

Location: In-person and Home based services throughout Burlington County & Mercer County, NJ

What We’re Looking For

1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities (required).
Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field, or 3 years experience working with individuals with disabilities (required).
Valid driver’s license (required).

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $22.50 – $27.50 per hour (based on degree & experience Bachelor’s starts at $25.00 per hour).
