Business Analyst – Ai
About the Opportunity:
The organization is seeking a Business Analyst focused on AI initiatives. This role supports the delivery of AI projects by identifying business needs, translating them into requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions provide measurable value.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and define AI use cases with stakeholders aligned to organizational goals.
• Translate business challenges into clear problem statements and solution requirements.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements for AI models, data pipelines, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to validate feasibility and scope.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with data teams to identify data sources and assess data quality.
• Understand the lifecycle of AI models, including training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Assist in defining success metrics and performance benchmarks for AI solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and sessions to gather insights and feedback.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project alignment.
• Adapt communication strategies for different stakeholders.
• Track progress against milestones and ensure timely delivery of business analysis deliverables.
• Support change management and adoption for AI-enabled solutions.
• Measure and report on business impact, ROI, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or product ownership with exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI solution lifecycle and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience implementing accountability frameworks and escalation protocols.
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies (preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices (preferred).
• Familiarity with data governance and responsible AI principles (preferred).
Compensation:
• $80,000 – $100,000 Annual
• The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
