About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Navista – Data & Advanced Analytics team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the growth and enhancement of our Navista Application Suite and the Integrated Oncology Network (IoN). Your primary responsibility will be to work cross-functionally with various teams to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will be instrumental in optimizing revenue cycle management, practice performance, and performance reporting. Your expertise will help oncology practices remain independent and thrive by leveraging advanced analytics and innovative solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence healthcare outcomes through data-driven strategies, working in a collaborative environment dedicated to transforming community oncology practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 8-12 years of professional experience in data analytics or related roles
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and stored procedures
  • Experience in healthcare analytics, value-based care, and oncology data preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM)
  • Experience with multi-cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control/CI/CD pipelines preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with data modeling, cleaning, and advanced analytics methodologies
  • Ability to lead complex projects and mentor less experienced colleagues
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and high emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge of business processes, systems, and data to identify root causes of operational issues
  • Monitor system performance and ensure processes execute correctly, resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and recommend innovative solutions
  • Engage in exploratory data analysis to validate hypotheses and uncover insights
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to model, analyze, and cleanse datasets for accurate reporting
  • Provide actionable recommendations with clear summaries of financial and operational impacts
  • Partner with Data Engineers to develop data models and standardize reporting metrics
  • Lead and manage analytics projects that deliver measurable ROI and strategic value
  • Guide business teams in solving analytical challenges and optimizing processes
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices within the analytics team
  • Independently determine methods for project completion and manage large-scale initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and best practices for analytics
