HR Business Partner

On behalf of a highly respected global client, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will serve as the primary HR point of contact for senior global leaders. You will have strong consultancy skills complemented by a sharp business acumen. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, promoting leadership development, and enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This is 4 days in office in midtown Manhattan.

• Salary: $200-250k

**Responsibilities:

**

• Providing leadership coaching and advisory support to enhance effectiveness and capabilities
• Designing and implementing communication strategies to drive awareness and engagement on HR priorities and strategies
• Driving organizational design and change management
• Collaborating with Centers of Excellence to shape and support business-aligned talent strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Business Partner, Generalist or Talent Strategy roles within complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to influence C-Level stakeholders and drive strategic people outcomes.
• Expertise in such disciplines as organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development.
• High degree of executive presence, emotional intelligence and a collaborative, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
