Senior MDM Developer (Reltio/IDMC/Snowflake)/Cloud-Native Master Data Management (MDM)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Reltio Developer and MDM Subject Matter Expert to provide hands-on development, production support, and technical leadership across Reltio, IDMC, Snowflake, and Python-based integrations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage incidents end-to-end, and the capability to guide support teams in a complex enterprise data ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Reltio MDM (Primary Skill) with at least 5 years of experience in MDM design, development, support, and operations.
  • Secondary skills: IDMC , Snowflake , and Python.
  • Solid understanding of databases and SQL, particularly for outbound integrations and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences domain (Healthcare Professionals, HCP data) is a plus.
  • Experience with industry data sources like Veeva OpenData and MedPro is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Reltio configuration via UI and JSON, including RDM, APIs, workflows, batch and real-time integrations, data load/data publish mechanisms.
  • Minimum 3 years of Core Java/Advanced Java experience, with ability to write custom Java code for JSON file processing, validations, and logic implementations in Reltio.
  • Strong technical expertise in data architecture and data integration concepts.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
