Insulator (Nuclear Certified)
Insulation Technician Experienced Nuclear CertifiedFeed Water Heater ProjectOn site at Surry Nuclear Plant- Surry, VAYou will report to the site Manager.What your day-to-day looks like:
- Perform Insulation duties as assigned for the project
- Participate in training programs to acquire and maintain certifications as well as keep current with technology and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
What we need to see from you:
- High school graduate or the recognized equivalent is required. 2-year, post high school degree/certificate or equivalent in experience is preferred. Additional experience may be substituted for formal education.
- Insulation Certification Preferred
- 3-6 years of primary insulation duties preferred
- Must be able to withstnad working in a hot environment
- Must pass nuclear background and fitness for duty
- Must be able to safetly lift and move 50 lbs
- Must be able to work 12 hour day or night shifts
- Work will be 60-72 hours per week. 2-4 week assignment
