Security Specialist – Hybrid

Requirements

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, coupled with 2 years of experience in cybersecurity. I possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent analytical abilities that enable me to foresee potential issues and devise viable solutions. My strong organizational skills allow me to maintain detailed and current documentation while fostering trusted relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

As the Specialist in Security Analytics & Operations, I am responsible for delivering various data security operational processes associated with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Unstructured Data Management. My role involves conducting process analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement in DLP and Unstructured Data processes. I collaborate with the process owners within the team to create and preserve precise, up-to-date, and comprehensive process documentation, including control evidence for all Data Protection processes. My tasks include reviewing existing process documentation and performing simulated walkthroughs with Data Protection owners, managing the daily queue of operational DLP and Unstructured Data incidents, updating and/or drafting process documents periodically for relevant Data Protection processes, communicating requirements to Data Owners and stakeholders, and identifying operational process challenges to ensure their resolution.
