Requirements

Must have:

– I require a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 5 years or more. – Preferred experience includes expertise in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) within enterprise applications, particularly with SAP Security and tools like Onapsis and Security Bridge.

Responsibilities:

  • I oversee the coordination and development of application configurations to fulfill user and business needs while identifying improvements to complex application support processes. – I lead a team in executing programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases. – I act as the primary contact for users, addressing application support requests and prioritizing enhancements. – I supervise daily technical application support activities to achieve business outcomes. – I engage with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business partners, to ensure configurations are in alignment with standards and project objectives. – I manage the prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests. – I maintain strong relationships with software vendors and negotiate intricate contracts. – I guide the performance monitoring of configured applications and suggest adjustments for improved efficiency and effectiveness. – I ensure the implementation of improvements for application-specific support processes and guidelines. – I manage my team to meet organizational goals, focusing on productivity, performance communication, goal alignment, feedback, coaching, progress measurement, accountability, employee development, recognition of achievements, and fostering an inclusive team culture.
