Description:

Computer Systems Analyst – OT Shopfloor Support

Location: Waltham

Employment Type: Contrac

Responsibilities

  • Implement process improvements and create technical documentation
  • Provide shop floor IT services (tablets, OS images, endpoint security, backup/restore, data handling)
  • Deploy and maintain cyber security controls (Endpoint Protection, OT Monitoring, Identity/Access, Segmentation)
  • Manage tickets in ServiceNow/Jira (Break/Fix, Service Requests, Change Tickets, Project Issues)
  • Capture requirements, manage projects using SDLC/Agile, track tasks in Jira
  • Prepare laptops/devices for audits; coordinate with IT teams for audit readiness
  • Procure, configure, document, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network devices
  • Support imaging and configuration of shopfloor laptops/desktops
  • Configure and troubleshoot Zebra printers and Seagull Bartender software
  • Support biometric devices, manufacturing scheduling apps, and VR/XR systems

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 years in IT systems support (hardware/software troubleshooting, shopfloor computing)
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
  • Ability to lift and organize hardware

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Jira, SDLC, Agile/Scrum
  • Knowledge of endpoint security and OT monitoring
  • Zebra printer and Seagull Bartender support experience
  • Exposure to VR/XR technologies
