Job Description We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Operations to lead the firm’s operational infrastructure and ensure optimal performance across multiple departments—including Senior Production, Medical Management, and Reductions.

This executive-level role reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and serves as a key partner in driving organizational strategy, process excellence, and performance alignment across the firm. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic foresight, analytical insight, and people-first leadership to deliver measurable results and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Operational Oversight

  • Direct daily and long-term operations of multiple business units, ensuring alignment with firm-wide strategic goals.
  • Lead senior managers and department heads to maintain exceptional performance, efficiency, and client service.
  • Develop scalable systems and processes that support the firm’s growth trajectory and operational consistency.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Operations and Executive Leadership Team to set strategic priorities and operational targets.

Data-Driven Performance Management

  • Design and manage a firm-wide performance framework anchored in measurable KPIs and real-time analytics.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to the VP of Operations and senior leadership for decision-making.
  • Implement tools and dashboards to improve data visibility, accountability, and reporting efficiency.

Organizational Development & Team Leadership

  • Lead and inspire a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor senior managers, empowering them to execute at a high level and achieve departmental KPIs.
  • Develop and execute customized training and development plans to build operational leadership capacity.
  • Ensure departmental objectives are met while fostering a collaborative, people-centered environment.

Process Optimization & Execution Excellence

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead process reengineering initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of cross-functional improvements that positively impact client experience and profitability.
  • Champion a proactive, data-informed approach to problem-solving and performance correction.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives

  • Collaborate with executive and departmental leaders to ensure operational goals align with the firm’s strategic vision.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives that improve client outcomes, streamline workflows, and elevate service delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Operations and other leaders, offering operational insights that inform firm strategy.
