Job Description Real Estate Accountant – Construction – IMMEDIATE NEED!We have an immediate need for a Real Estate Accountant in Atlanta, GA – Sandy Springs area. This is a permanent opportunity with a stable growing construction company.Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years Accounting experience
  • Bachelors in Accounting is REQUIRED
  • Experience in Real Estate or Property Accounting is REQUIRED
  • Experience with Yardi software is REQUIRED
  • Ability to analyze financial packages and monthly reconciliations
  • Experience with Timberline is a plus, but not required
