Analyst, Transaction Management
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with brokers throughout the full transaction lifecycle—conducting market research via CoStar and similar platforms, and preparing documents including Representation Letters,
- Proposals, Listing Agreements, and RFPs.
- Coordinate with Marketing to design and launch lease and sublease campaign emails.
- Engage with brokers, landlords, and external partners to facilitate information flow and support transaction activity.
- Track deal progress, analyze market trends, and compile relevant data for reporting.
- Maintain updated records of agent leads and lease/sale comps.
- Assist with the preparation of client deliverables, including site tour logistics and presentation materials for listings and buyer meetings.
- Provide occasional operational support, such as coordinating office supplies or mail handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CoStar, Act-On, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Dependable, detail-focused, and enthusiastic about growing within commercial real estate.
