ROLE DESCRIPTION:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Property and Casualty license (Will help to obtain)
• Life and Health license (Will help to obtain)

PAY:
Fully licensed team members will start at $23 an hour Commission. There is no cap on the commission earning potential.
