Responsibilities Essential Functions:
 Maintains security access for users of the STRATA system; assists in ongoing maintenance of Physician Enterprise organiation structure mappings in STRATA.
 Captures volume statistics at the department and site levels; evaluate, package and disseminates data to various users.
 Performs financial analysis and other financial information as requested.
 Participates in the development of the capital and operating budgets and the five year financial forecast.
 Provides historical statistical trend analysis and makes formal projections of information using forecasting and modeling assumptions.
 Completes surveys and questionnaires using data assimilated from various departments and systems in the organization.
 Accumulates and records statistics in appropriate spreadsheets, databases and other computer systems.
 Serves on tasks forces/committees and provides financial information.
 Assists in month end process by performing analysis, allocations and/or review of actual and budgeted data.
 Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
 Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.Other Related Functions:
 Participates on special projects as assigned.
 Completes all Orlando Health mandatory education.
 Assumes the responsibility for professional growth and development.

Qualifications Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance.Licensure/Certification:
None.Experience:
Four (4) years financial analysis experience is required. Extensive PC experience with Microsoft Office software is required. A Master’s degree may offset two years of required experience
