Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and being able to adapt to a changing production factory environment brings with it an exciting opportunity to influence the successful execution of production goals and achieving operational excellence.In this role, the Process Engineer II will be responsible for providing manufacturing support, process development, and continuous improvement for the Advanced Composites Manufacturing factory.   • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline with 2 years of manufacturing experience, or in lieu of degree, 6 years of manufacturing engineer experience
  • Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Collect/analyze data utilizing Minitab statistical software to promte data driven decision making
  • Perform process reviews, document findings, and implement actions
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
