• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, including those experiencing PTSD, addiction issues, or behavioral health challenges.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and management strategies to support clients in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment summaries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients in home and community settings.
• Engage in clinical research activities as needed to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and data collection related to patient care.
• Provide education and support to families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.

QUALIFICATIONS Must have a masters level license (LCSW, LMSW)

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution; LCSW or LMSW licensure required
• Active AHA BLS.
• Must have Covid card and FLU Vaccinated
