What We Offer: Kernersville Medical Center is seeking a Materials Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to departments across the hospital, ensuring they have the supplies and support needed to deliver excellent patient care. You will be part of a small, dedicated team, working closely with both team members and leaders to keep operations running smoothly.Why you matter: Directly support patient care by keeping teams equipped and preparedContribute in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where each day is differentGain valuable experience in healthcare supply chain operationsWork with a supportive team that values collaboration and growth What We’re Looking For:Education High School Diploma or GED, requiredExperience Experience in a healthcare setting, preferredExperience in inventory, logistics, or related functions, preferredRequired Skills Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and stoopingGood visual acuity and manual dexterityAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and move objects weighing 21–50 lbsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environmentAbility to enter data for extended periods using repetitive hand movementsBasic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory control softwareWhat You’ll Do: Deliver clean linen to departmentsOrder and receive suppliesKeep supply areas organized and well-stockedMonitor par levels to prevent shortagesAudit and remove expired goodsWho we’re looking for:Organized and dependable, with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a busy hospital settingA team player with good communication skillsAble to lift up to 35 lbs and move objects weighing 21–50 lbsCapable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks (pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, stooping)Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory softwareHighly Preferred: proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience using pallet jacks, dock boards, and hand trucks
