Role Overview

  • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Sapio-based solutions.

  • Provide L2/L3 support for existing Sapio applications ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Development (50%)

  • Design and implement new features and enhancements in Sapio.

  • Write clean, scalable code following best practices.

  • Collaborate with architects and business analysts for requirement gathering.

  • Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews.

Support (50%)

  • Handle incident management and resolve production issues within SLA.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.

  • Monitor system performance and apply preventive measures.

  • Provide technical guidance to users and resolve queries.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Sapio platform development.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages and integration frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and performance tuning.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes for support.

Experience

  • 5–8 years in application development and support roles.

Prior exposure to life sciences or regulated environments is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until Nov 19 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000 K -$ 132,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
