LPJob Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Onboarding Specialist to facilitate all aspects of the client onboarding process, working closely with branch and department colleagues, portfolio management teams, and financial advisors. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing new account paperwork, opening new accounts, and ensuring the accurate maintenance of client and financial advisor database. This role involves meticulous data entry, information collection from third parties, and requires excellent computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients and partner with Financial Advisors and Portfolio Manager Teams for client onboarding and new account inquiries.
• Prepare and process paperwork for new accounts on various platforms.
• Open new accounts and manage the daily Outstanding Actions Report.
• Maintain up-to-date client, Financial Advisor, and partner firm contact information database.
• Collect and transcribe information from third parties to CNB systems; manually enter data into system records and collect signatures for account openings.

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Expertise in data entry and ability to work across various platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Industry Experience:
Experience in finance or banking industry preferred, with a strong emphasis on client on-boarding processes and account management.ABOUT AKRAYA
