At Voyage Health we breed winners.Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal care.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care quality.Manage patient care assignments effectively to meet unit goals.Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to improve skills.Maintain high visibility of work activities and results to management.Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in California and BLS/ACLS certifications required.Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training.Commitment to adhering to safety and infection control protocols.Experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting preferred.Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions accurately.Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets and contribute to team success.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.Knowledge of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care quality.Experience with documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.What’s in it for you?
