At Voyage Health we breed winners.Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs and health status regularly.Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.Evaluate and adjust care based on patient progress and feedback.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Educate families on neonatal care and health management.Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.Utilize data to track patient outcomes and enhance care strategies.Support a positive team environment and contribute to team goals.Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Texas with NICU experience preferred.Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.Strong communication skills for effective patient and family interactions.Experience in monitoring neonatal patients and vital signs.Eagerness to achieve targets and contribute to team success.Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.Ability to evaluate and adjust care based on patient feedback.Experience in maintaining detailed patient records.Proficiency in utilizing data for patient outcome tracking.What’s in it for you?
