Creative Services Manager – Entertainment
Our client, a large entertainment company in LA, is looking for Creative Services Manager for a paternity leave cover from December-June. This person will play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision and execution for the brand across entertainment-focused marketing initiatives. This role will oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across all channels and campaigns. Working closely with both internal stakeholders and external agency partners spanning creative, strategy, media, research, and data, the Creative Services Manager will help establish and implement the brand’s creative platform for customer acquisition, content production, and performance optimization. This individual will manage the development and delivery of full-funnel creative advertising—across mass, digital, and social channels—ensuring cohesive storytelling, efficient production, and high-performing creative output that fuels brand growth and engagement. This is a remote 40-hour/week contract from December-June working PST hours.
**Responsibilities:

- Manage creative development from brief through implementation across all advertising channels, including TV/linear video, digital, social, out-of-home, audio, internal communications, and earned media.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure brand and creative cohesion across campaigns and touchpoints.
- Oversee the creative strategy, production, and optimization of advertising assets for customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Drive the creative process for online acquisition campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and performance metrics.
- Present campaign results, key learnings, and recommendations for creative and process improvements to senior leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—media, strategy, research, and data—to translate insights into actionable creative executions.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-brand, and high-quality creative output.
- Ensure all creative adheres to brand standards and supports the overall marketing and business strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or project management role within the entertainment industry or at an advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of creative development, production processes, and performance marketing across digital and traditional channels.
- Proven experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional creative workflows.
- Ability to synthesize performance data and insights into creative recommendations and improvements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
