Skills & Abilities:
- Possess the skills and natural ability to understand and repair systems on medium & heavy duty trucks
- A willingness to continue learning systems in a vehicle
- Ability to learn state of the art diagnostic techniques to repair malfunctions on vehicle systems within standard rate times (SRT)
- Completes assigned training within set time requirements
- Work attendance is in good standing
Qualifications:
- Has a clean driving record
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred but not required
- At least eighteen (18) years old
- Must be able to frequently lift 10 to 75 lbs. with assistance
- A degree/certification in Diesel Technology, Diesel Ag or Automotive preferred, but not required
