At Voyage Health we breed winners.Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective treatment plans.Engage in performance evaluations to enhance personal growth.Stay updated on the latest emergency care practices and technologies.Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care plans.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.Utilize electronic health records for accurate patient documentation.Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in California and BLS/ACLS certifications required.Experience in emergency room settings preferred for effective patient care.Excellent communication skills for patient and family interactions.Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.Knowledge of emergency care practices and current medical technologies.Willingness to engage in performance evaluations for personal growth.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse medical staff and teams.Ability to monitor patient progress and respond to treatment changes.Proficiency in using electronic health records for documentation.Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.What’s in it for you?
