Job Title: SRE-Data/ETL Engineer

Job Location: Plano, TX

Project Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Interview: 1st round- Video & 2nd round – Onsite

(Looking for skills- SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, DataStage, Talend etc, SQL query, scripting languages (Python or Shell)

(W2 Position only)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

What You’ll Do:

Manage and optimize data pipelines, integrations, and warehousing.

Apply SRE principles (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, observability).

Work with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage), SQL, and scripting (Python/Shell).

Collaborate on automation and proactive incident prevention.

What You Bring:

5 years of experience in data engineering or IT operations with a focus on data transfer and orchestration.

Strong SQL & ETL experience; Snowflake a plus.

Familiarity with AWSdata services, Autosys, Airflow.

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python or Shell).

Must have strong experience with SQL queries.

Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace preferred).

Nice to Have:

AWS or Informatica certifications.

DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
