About The Role We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst who is passionate about delivering high-quality SaaS experiences. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the excellence of our platform by validating releases, troubleshooting complex customer-reported issues, and developing automation processes that enhance our testing efficiency. Your work will directly influence product quality, customer satisfaction, and team confidence in deploying new features.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to design proactive test plans for upcoming features, execute manual testing to verify functionality and usability, and conduct thorough triaging of Tier 3 escalations. Post-release validation of bugs and fixes will be essential to prevent regressions. Additionally, you will work with Customer Support and Customer Success teams to ensure features are deployment-ready and contribute to sprint ceremonies and product lifecycle discussions. Your insights will help recommend and implement new QA tools, best practices, and automation opportunities, including building automated tests using tools like Cypress or Playwright.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of QA engineering or manual SaaS testing experience
  • Strong knowledge of test planning and QA methodologies
  • Ability to debug client-side browser issues effectively
  • Experience working within agile, remote-first teams
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Bonus: Experience with test automation frameworks and API validation tools such as Postman, Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proactive test plans for new features and updates
  • Perform manual testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance benchmarks
  • Reproduce, document, and prioritize issues from Tier 3 escalations, ensuring thorough triage
  • Validate bugs and fixes after release to prevent regressions and maintain product integrity
  • Partner with Customer Support and Customer Success teams to ensure readiness before feature deployment
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and product lifecycle discussions to advocate for quality
  • Recommend and implement new QA tools, best practices, and automation opportunities to improve testing processes
  • (Bonus) Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools
