Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development
- Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems and real-time applications

- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Go, or Java
- Deep understanding of system design, performance optimization, and fault-tolerance
- Experience bridging machine learning research and production environments (preferred)
- Background in building systems that operate in or interact with the physical world (preferred)
- Ability to influence engineering organizations and contribute to hiring and culture (preferred)
- Track record of mentoring senior and staff-level engineers (preferred)
