Role:Sr. Java Backend Developer

Location: Austin, TX (onsite)- Neec local to TX

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust and scalable backend applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Maintain high code quality standards and enforce best practices across the team.
• Identify and resolve critical issues related to performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply emerging technologies to improve the product.
• Collaborate closely with team members on design, development, and testing activities.
• Write optimized and maintainable Java code.
• Work with Spring 4, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring JDBC, and Spring JPA frameworks.
• Build and manage APIs for seamless integration across systems.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and maintain consistency.
• Use development tools effectively for builds, deployments, and debugging.
• Ensure application security and compliance with organizational standards.
• Create detailed technical and design documentation.
• Propose and implement enhancements to improve the Java infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java 11.
• Proven experience with Spring 4, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring JDBC, and Spring JPA.
• Solid understanding of API development and backend integration.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
