Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and system integrations to join our growing team supporting enterprise-level CRM transformation initiatives. You’ll be working onsite in Dallas, TX, developing scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business functions (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and more), and integrating with internal and third-party systems using AWS.

Candidates must come from an Enterprise-Level Client, must have AWS experience in their most recent project and be able to speak to their alignment with AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience on the Salesforce platform
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, SOQL/SOSL
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs
• Proven ability to build complex, scalable, high-performance software systems
• Prior experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement, Communities/Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Solid understanding of AWS core concepts and services (Lambda, CloudWatch, AppFlow, S3, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
• Knowledge of systems engineering concepts, data modeling, and API best practices
• Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD workflows within Salesforce
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Successful leadership of at least two full life-cycle Salesforce implementations
