Role: Sr. ServiceNow Developer-(W2) Location: McLean, VA (near DC) or Plano, TX Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite: Mon Wed) Duration: 12 months (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and support ServiceNow modules:

  • IT Risk Management

  • IT Service Management

  • IT Asset Management (Incidents, Change, Release, CMDB, Discovery, Knowledge, Self-Service Portal)

  • Configure and deploy new functionality using ServiceNow and web technologies.

  • Design solutions based on business requirements.

  • Follow SDLC/DevOps processes for updates.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and create documentation (requirements, design, training guides).

  • Handle platform issues, enhancements, and defect fixes.

  • Build custom reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics.

  • Develop solutions using JavaScript and Glide.
