Fully Remote Inbound Representative (Entry Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling and follow-up communications
• Promote and explain products or services to prospective customers effectively
• Assist customers by answering inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our CRM system
• Support client services by providing timely solutions and resolving issues efficiently
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall customer support quality

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Customer service experience, including call center or outbound calling background preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
• Ability to handle data entry accurately with good typing speed (including analysis skills)
• Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanor during customer interactions
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Basic cash handling skills and attention to detail in all transactions
